Yardmoji has adopted this Privacy Policy to explain how Yardmoji collects, stores, and uses the information collected in connection with Yardmoji’s iOS iMessage Sticker Apps. Yardmoji respects the privacy of the users of their Sticker Apps and is committed to protecting the User’s information. You have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our sticker apps though we do not collect any information from our user.

Yardmoji LTDA operates certain mobile applications (sticker apps) which may be viewed as being which are distributed in Apple’s iMessage Store.

While the sticker apps are being used by our Users we do not knowingly collect Personal Information and hereby specifically prohibit any User from providing Yardmoji with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 5 and you believe that your child has provided Yardmoji Personal Information, please contact us at www.Yardmoji.com and we will delete such information from our servers.

2. NON-PERSONAL DATA
Yardmoji collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). Yardmoji only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such sticker apps Non-personal Data, Yardmoji has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the sticker apps Non-personal Data. Sticker apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

3 HOW USER INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

4. ADVERTISING
Yardmoji does not display advertising in its Sticker Apps.
